The ERP tax-filing module: D-100, D-112, D-300, D-390 and D-394 generated from your own data
4softerp builds every monthly and quarterly Romanian return straight from the accounting and operational data of your companies. The figures come from invoices, pay runs and journals, you validate them inside the ERP and transmit to ANAF — for as many companies as you run from one account, with no manual export.
Every periodic return, built inside the ERP
D-100 — Profit tax / micro-company revenue tax
Pre-filled from account 121; the ERP recognises each company's fiscal regime (micro-company 1 % / 3 % or 16 % profit tax) and prepares the return on time.
D-112 — Salary contributions, CAS, CASS
Built from the REGES payroll module on the month's pay runs. Payslips are available to employees directly in the ERP.
D-300 — Monthly / quarterly VAT return
Output and input VAT are computed from the ERP sales and purchase journals, with cash-basis VAT applied where relevant.
D-390 — VIES recapitulative statement
Intra-EU transactions are listed automatically, with the partner's VAT number validated against EU VIES at the moment of entry.
D-394 — Informative declaration
Generated from invoices issued and received with Romanian counterparts, with cash-and-carry detection straight from ERP data.
ANAF index and receipt in the electronic file
After transmission the ERP attaches the index, the receipt and the declaration PDF to each company file, accessible anytime.
Every return is generated from the same data you already keep in the ERP — invoices, stock, payroll, journals. No double entry, no Excel files moving between apps: a single digital pipeline from the operational document to the ANAF transmission, repeated across every company in the group.
