Yes. 4softerp is multi-company by design. You run several companies from a single account, with a group chart of accounts and consolidation. Each company keeps its data separate, while group reporting stays unified.

Card (Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice. Choose monthly or annual billing. Auto-renewal keeps the service uninterrupted.

Usually 1–2 weeks. We migrate balances and master data (partners, products, chart of accounts), configure the flows and connect e-Factura. You start with real data, not from scratch.

Yes. Issued invoices are sent automatically through e-Factura to the ANAF SPV, and received invoices are pulled from the SPV and posted to accounting automatically, with the matching deductible VAT.

Yes. 4softerp generates the SAF-T XML directly from your data, per the OPANAF no. 1073/2022 schema. Mandatory for large taxpayers since 2022, medium since 2023, small from January 1, 2025.

Yes. Returns are built automatically from the accounting entries and can be exported for SPV submission. Data is validated before export, with inconsistencies flagged.

Yes. The annual financial statements are closed from the trial balance, with a RAS group chart of accounts and IFRS mapping for group reporting. Bank reconciliation and ledgers support the close.

A goods receipt updates stock (average cost) and posts the related accounting entries automatically. Sales, purchasing and manufacturing post to the journal without double data entry.

Yes. We import opening balances, the chart of accounts, partners, products and stock from your current system (including from Excel). Our team assists the account mapping and validates the data before go-live.

Yes. 4softerp exposes an API and webhooks to connect the ERP to your online store, CRM, logistics apps or other systems. Events (new invoice, goods receipt, payment) can trigger external flows.

It integrates natively with 4invoices.net (invoicing), 4notify.net (notifications to clients and partners) and 4hosting.net (hosting). One account, one invoice for the whole ecosystem.

Data is hosted in the European Union, GDPR-compliant (own infrastructure, EU datacenter). Backups are automatic and every operation is tracked in an audit trail.

Access is role-based: you define what each user can view and edit, by module and by company. The audit trail records who changed what and when.
