How 4softerp connects to your existing systems
4softerp doesn't ask you to drop everything you already use at once — opening balances import in a structured way, orders from your connected online store land in the ERP automatically, and submission to ANAF SPV is native. For your own systems or other platforms, our technical team builds the connection on a case-by-case basis.
What you can connect to 4softerp today
Structured data import at migration
When you activate, you import the opening trial balance, chart of accounts and customer/supplier/stock reference data from Excel/CSV or from another system's export (SAP, NetSuite, Odoo, Sage). Our support team checks the opening balance before your first month.
Native e-commerce integration
If you sell online, orders from your connected store automatically become invoices and accounting entries — see the dedicated e-commerce integrations page for the full list of platforms.
ANAF SPV synchronization
Issued invoices are submitted to SPV automatically, and invoices received from suppliers are pulled in daily — no manual XML export/import.
Dedicated connections via our technical team
For ERPs, CRMs or in-house apps without a ready-made connector, the 4softerp technical team reviews the request and builds a dedicated connection — there is currently no public self-service API for third-party developers.
We don't yet publish open API documentation for the public — current integrations (e-commerce, SPV, data import) are configured by our team. For your own system, you discuss the requirement with our technical team before subscribing, so you know exactly what can be connected from day one.
